   a) You agree that domain names registered through us are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant domain name registrar.
   b) You agree that we are not responsible for any disputes arising from domain name registration.

4. Web Hosting
   a) You agree that web hosting services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind.
   b) You agree to be responsible for the content and use of your website.
   c) You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of our services.

5. Limitation of Liability
   a) You agree that we will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.
   b) You agree that our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for our services.
   c) You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

6. Termination
   a) You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice.
   b) We may terminate our services at any time for any reason by providing written notice.
   c) Upon termination, all fees owed to us will become immediately due and payable.

7. Governing Law
   a) These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located.
   b) Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.

8. Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Digi5 LTD and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
